By confirming our services you accept all the policies described below:
Cancellation policies due to weather or other reasons of force majeure.
Due to the weather conditions in the area, it is not very likely that there will be reasons for cancellation, however if a weather event or any inconvenience of force majeure occurs that forces us to cancel the trip, 100% of the value of the reservation will be refunded. This will be reflected a couple of days to a week after canceling the transaction, due to the banking procedures that must be carried out.
Cancellation policies by the client.
If you decide to cancel the service, you will be refunded 50% of the value of the reservation. This is due to the logistical costs that must be reserved to guarantee your diving experience. To avoid these situations, we recommend that you contact our contact email info@sepiodive.com to request the modification of your date with a minimum of one day in advance of the dive in case you have any news to attend.
NOTE: In the event that the service involves an online course (PADI E-LEARNING), the value of this material will not be refunded and the client will have one year to complete the practical part of the course at any PADI diving center in the world.
You accept the NO refund policies in the following cases:
If the client does not modify the date with a minimum period of one day before the provision of the service.
If the client cancels or does not show up on the day of the provision of the service.
If the client shows up after the start time of the service.
You accept the Personal Data Processing policies
Pursuant to the provisions of Law 1581 and Decree 1377 of 2013 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to request SEPIODIVE to rectify, update, include or delete your personal data included in its contact database, lists or message chains in which they are found.
We would like to confirm that SEPIODIVE will collect, archive, consult and use your personal data for the sole purpose of fulfilling the corporate purpose in accordance with the Law.
Our purpose is to promote the services offered by us, carry out academic, tourist, social and cultural activities, update data and send communications to the registered email related to the development of the corporate purpose and services offered by us.

Terms and Conditions Products
1. Available Products
SepioDive offers a line of merchandising products designed to complement your lifestyle as a diver and ocean enthusiast. Our collection includes functional items that reflect our brand identity—such as clothing, accessories, and sports gear—developed with a focus on comfort, practicality, and environmental respect.
All products are subject to inventory availability and may vary by season, edition, or collaboration. We reserve the right to update, replace, or discontinue products without prior notice.
2. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are listed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, digital payment platforms, and other options authorized by SepioDive.
Full payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.
3. Shipping
Coverage: We ship throughout Colombia.
Shipping cost:
Standard national shipping: $12,000 COP (may vary by city).
Free shipping for orders over $150,000 COP.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
4. Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges are accepted for size issues or manufacturing defects within 8 calendar days of delivery.
For voluntary exchanges (e.g., size, color), return and reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
For items with verifiable manufacturing defects, SepioDive will cover all related shipping and replacement costs.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, washed, or improperly handled.
5. Warranty
All products include a 30-day legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or prolonged exposure to sun, chlorine, salt, or other external agents.
